EAP Consultants LLP supports the workplace health needs of organisations.  In addition, we are the first in Singapore to offer workplace health solutions that cater to the needs of educational institutions, from administrators to academic support staff to faculty members.

Our consulting partners include the founder of a leading HR management consultancy firm and two doctoral-level psychologists.

Dr Marlene Lee

PhD in Clinical Psychology (State University of New York, Albany), MA in Clinical Psychology (State University of New York, Albany), BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) (California State University, Fresno)

Dr Lee completed her clinical training in Albany, New York, where she specialized in the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders. Previously, she was a full-time lecturer with the Department of Psychology at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and James Cook University, Singapore (JCUS). She taught at the undergraduate-level, and supervised and trained postgraduate clinical psychology students. From 2007 to 2009, Dr Lee took time off to volunteer for Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), an international medical-humanitarian NGO. As a field psychologist, she provided emergency mental health assistance to victims of armed conflict and natural disasters in Kashmir, China, Myanmar, South Sudan, and Indonesia.

Dr Lee is currently in independent practice. In addition to clinical assessment and psychotherapy, she offers research and mental health consultancy services. She continues to lecture at NUS as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. Dr Lee is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Sciences (ACBS). She is also a Registered Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society. Dr Lee aspires to make mental health services more accessible to people from all walks of life.
